Congratulations on choosing the SweTrack Bike - our most intelligent bicycle tracker ever! The SweTrack Bike helps ensure that you're always in control of your bicycle's whereabouts, thanks to its intelligent alarm features and the SweTrack Live app. In order to get started, you just need to follow a few easy steps. These are outlined below.

SIM Card Prerequisites
In order to communicate with you and transmit location data to the Live Tracking server, the SweTrack Bike requires a valid SIM card. To enjoy full functionality, your SIM card must have support for both data and SMS messaging. Please note that the SweTrack Bike does not support 3G/4G SIM cards - this means that the SIM card you're using must be from a carrier with a 2G/GSM network. If there is a PIN code on your SIM card, this should be disabled before installing the SIM card in your SweTrack Bike as there's no way to input the PIN code on the SweTrack Bike - this can be done by inserting the SIM card into a cellphone and using the on-screen menus to disable the PIN code. The SweTrack Bike uses Nano-sized SIM cards.

Charging the battery
Before commencing use of the device, we recommend that you charge the battery for at least 12 hours uninterruped. Use only the supplied Micro USB cable to charge the device. The Micro USB cable can be plugged into any standard USB wall charger, such as the ones commonly included with smartphones and tablets. You can also charge your device through a computer's USB port, however, this will prolong the charging time significantly.

Installing the SIM Card
Use the supplied screwdriver or any small Philips head screwdriver to open the door on the back of the device, and install the SIM card into its slot. Make sure to tighten the screws properly when you reattach the door, since this helps prevent water and moisture from entering the device.

Powering on the device
Hold the power button on the front of the device for a few seconds until the LED light starts to flash. The power button is indented in the center of the device's front, which makes it easy to find. The device is now powered on. Note that you will need to send a few short commands over SMS before the device is fully ready for use.
